We're Hiring | HR Executive | 2-4 Years Experience | Hyderabad (Kondapur)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive with 2-4 years of experience in managing end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and the capability to handle day-to-day HR activities efficiently.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations and day-to-day HR activities.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and employee timesheets.
- Handle employee queries and provide HR-related support.
- Manage employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Coordinate exit formalities, full and final settlement, and relieving processes.
- Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance, leave, and salary-related inputs.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate performance management activities and employee feedback.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS reports, and other HR documentation.
- Support recruitment activities, interview coordination, and offer documentation whenever required.
Required Skills:
- 2-4 years of experience in HR Operations or Generalist HR.
- Good knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
- Experience in employee onboarding and exit management.
- Knowledge of payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS tools.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information.
