About the Role
J Infratech Limited is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead HR Operations and Statutory Compliance for its Road & Highway Infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in labour law compliance, contract labour management, statutory registrations, and HR operations within the infrastructure or construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end HR operations across project sites.
• Ensure compliance with the Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act (CLRA), Building and Other Construction Workers (BOCW) Act, and other applicable labour laws.
• Handle statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, Labour Welfare, Minimum Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, Contract Labour Management, and other employment regulations.
• Obtain, renew, and manage statutory registrations, licenses, and compliance documentation for multiple project locations.
• Coordinate with government authorities, labour departments, principal employers, and external agencies during statutory inspections and audits.
• Maintain statutory registers, HR documentation, MIS reports, and compliance dashboards.
• Support project teams with manpower planning and contract labour administration.
• Drive employee relations, HR policy implementation, and workforce compliance across project sites.
• Ensure timely reporting and adherence to all statutory and organizational HR requirements.
Preferred Skills:
• 7–10+ years of HR experience, preferably in the Road & Highway Construction or Infrastructure sector.
• Strong expertise in HR Operations, Labour Law Compliance, and Statutory Compliance.
• Hands-on experience with CLRA, BOCW, PF, ESI, Minimum Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, and Contract Labour Management.
• Experience in managing statutory licenses, registrations, inspections, and compliance documentation.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work closely with project teams, government authorities, and external stakeholders.
