Reckitt is looking for an experienced HR GPS India Hub Lead to shape the global delivery of HR Shared Services and deliver an exceptional employee experience while supporting enterprise-wide HR transformation initiatives.
The HR GPS India Hub Lead will serve as the single point of accountability for global HR Operations delivery, partnering closely with HR Centres of Excellence, HR Business Partners, IT, Digital, Finance, Legal, and regional HR teams to balance global standardization with local requirements. The role is responsible for driving automation, self-service, operational excellence, and continuous improvement while enhancing the employee and manager experience across the organization.
Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end HR Operations across the complete Hire-to-Retire lifecycle including payroll operations, owning HR Shared Services performance, quality, compliance, and cost globally, leading global HR transformation programs, translating HR Centre of Excellence policies into scalable operational processes, establishing governance models, RACIs, Communities of Practice, and decision-making frameworks, driving process standardization, simplification, data quality, internal controls, operational excellence, root cause analysis, corrective actions, service reviews, automation, analytics, AI-enabled service delivery, and self-service capabilities. The role also includes partnering with IT, HRIS, Digital, Finance, Legal, Risk and Compliance teams while leading, mentoring, and developing a large multi-layered HR Operations organization in Hyderabad. The successful candidate will build leadership capability, succession plans, and organizational capability aligned with a mature Global Business Services operating model.
Candidates should possess more than 15 years of experience leading HR Shared Services or Global Business Services within large multinational organizations. Strong experience leading global or regional HR Shared Services from hub or offshore delivery centers is essential. Applicants should demonstrate expertise in HR Operations, payroll operations, process governance, operational excellence, HR transformation, stakeholder management, and enterprise-wide change initiatives. Deep knowledge of HR technologies including Workday, SuccessFactors, and ServiceNow is required. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, continuous improvement, digital transformation, and people management capabilities are critical for this role.
