TalentAhead is hiring a Senior Consultant (Non-IT) for its Raheja Towers, MG Road, Bangalore office. Executive Search and HR Consulting company with more than 4000 employees as part of the RSM India Group. The role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across Manufacturing, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Energy, Chemicals, Steel, EPC, and other Non-IT sectors. The selected candidate will handle executive search assignments, talent mapping, head hunting, lateral hiring, leadership hiring, candidate engagement, profile screening, interview coordination, market mapping, and talent pipeline development. The role involves working closely with leading clients across multiple industries to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions. Candidates should have 4 to 8 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment within an Executive Search or Consulting firm, with expertise in Engineering, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Chemicals, Steel, or related sectors. Strong experience in talent mapping, head hunting, leadership hiring, stakeholder management, and communication skills is essential.
