Job Description
Chai Point is hiring an Executive - HR for its Enterprise Vending business in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for owning the complete New Joinee Value Stream, a structured 12-week onboarding and employee integration program designed to take new sales hires from induction to business-as-usual and confirmation. The selected candidate will act as the single point of coordination for the onboarding journey by managing induction schedules, coordinating with HR, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Regional Managers, Business Heads and Channel Development Managers to ensure all onboarding milestones are completed on time. Responsibilities include driving induction sessions covering organization overview, IT access, product knowledge, process training, HR policy orientation, marketing, SCM and customer visits, tracking field ramp-up activities, coordinating certification assessments, managing HR Happiness Index interactions, handling re-test and remediation processes, monitoring deployment and revenue milestones, coordinating buddy programs, maintaining onboarding trackers, agendas, assessment materials and documentation, collecting and analysing onboarding feedback, publishing dashboards on certification outcomes, attrition trends and time-to-productivity and continuously improving the onboarding program. Candidates should possess a full-time MBA or PGDM in Human Resources with 1 to 2 years of experience in HR Generalist, Talent Management, Learning and Development coordination or Program Management. Strong stakeholder management, communication, organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint and familiarity with HRMS or ATS tools are preferred. The role requires willingness to travel periodically to regional locations and induction venues.
