Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive with 1-3 years of hands-on experience in core HR, payroll, and compensation. The candidate will be responsible for supporting end-to-end HR operations and ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day core HR and HR operations.
- Handle employee lifecycle activities including joining, onboarding, transfers, confirmations, and exits.
- Manage and maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle payroll processing and coordinate with payroll/accounting teams.
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
- Support salary processing, deductions, reimbursements, and payroll reconciliation.
- Handle compensation-related activities, salary revisions, increments, and employee compensation records.
- Support preparation of CTC / salary structures and compensation-related reports.
- Coordinate with employees regarding payroll, compensation, and HR-related queries.
- Assist with statutory compliance and payroll-related documentation.
- Prepare HR MIS and reports using MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and other HR activities as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and salary information.
Mandatory Skills:
- Core HR experience
- Payroll processing experience
- Compensation management
- Good understanding of employee lifecycle management
- Experience with attendance and leave management
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good understanding of HR policies and processes
Qualification:
- MBA / PGDM in HR preferred; any graduate with relevant HR experience can apply.
Preferred:
- Experience with HRMS / payroll software.
- Knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other payroll statutory requirements.
- Experience preparing HR MIS and compensation reports.
