Job Description
EasyBuy is hiring an Assistant Manager / Manager – HR Analytics for the Greater Bengaluru Area. The role is responsible for driving data-driven Human Resources decision-making through people analytics, workforce planning, Human Resources budgeting, management reporting and KPI dashboards. The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and business leaders to optimize manpower utilization, improve workforce planning, control employee costs and deliver actionable insights that support business growth and operational excellence.
The Assistant Manager / Manager – HR Analytics will develop, maintain and automate Human Resources dashboards and management reports while analysing workforce trends including headcount, hiring, attrition, productivity, absenteeism, overtime, diversity and employee costs. The role includes preparing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual Human Resources MIS reports, ensuring data accuracy and maintaining consistency across Human Resources systems.
Key responsibilities include developing annual and rolling workforce plans aligned with business expansion, creating manpower planning models based on sales, productivity, seasonality, business demand and store expansion, monitoring approved versus actual headcount, evaluating workforce productivity and supporting organizational restructuring and workforce optimization initiatives.
The selected candidate will prepare annual manpower and Human Resources budgets, forecast employee-related costs including salaries, incentives, recruitment expenses, benefits and Human Resources operating costs. The role also involves conducting budget variance analysis, identifying cost optimization opportunities and supporting financial planning for business expansion and new store openings.
Additional responsibilities include designing and maintaining interactive Human Resources KPI dashboards using Power BI or similar visualization tools, monitoring key Human Resources metrics such as headcount, hiring, attrition, productivity, manpower utilization, diversity, employee costs, internal mobility, absenteeism and vacancy status while presenting business insights and recommendations to Human Resources and business leadership.
The role requires driving automation of Human Resources reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Human Resources Management Systems and reporting tools, improving reporting efficiency by reducing manual processes, supporting Human Resources digital transformation initiatives and ensuring system data integrity.
The ideal candidate should collaborate effectively with Human Resources Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, Operations and Business Leaders while providing analytical support for workforce planning, budgeting and organizational reviews. Candidates should possess strong analytical abilities, expertise in Human Resources Analytics, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, Power BI knowledge, reporting, dashboard development, budgeting, workforce planning, stakeholder management and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
