The Human Resources Business Partner will be part of the Global HR team and will support approximately 250 employees across the India Business Unit. Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources India, SEA and MEA, the selected candidate will partner with two to three business units and serve as a trusted advisor to leaders by translating business goals into actionable people strategies. Responsibilities include developing talent attraction, retention and development strategies, managing employee grievances and engagement initiatives, partnering with HR Operations to ensure smooth onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, exits and HR reporting, supporting leaders with disciplinary matters, investigations and employee relations, coordinating learning and development initiatives, identifying training needs, implementing competitive compensation, rewards and benefits strategies, collaborating with the global HR team on cross-functional projects, promoting employee engagement and organizational culture, ensuring compliance with HR policies, health and safety requirements, business systems and legal regulations and performing additional responsibilities aligned with business objectives. Candidates should possess a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering. Experience working with multinational corporations is preferred. Strong analytical skills, knowledge of compensation and benefits, expertise in Indian labour laws, familiarity with global HR practices, experience with Human Resources Information Systems, employee grievance management, employee development, onboarding, employee relations, project management, business acumen, data analysis and excellent interpersonal skills are essential. The ability to manage complex HR matters with professionalism, confidentiality and sound judgment is required.
