The company is hiring a People Operations Program Manager for its Greater Hyderabad office in a hybrid work model. Reporting to the Director, Centre of Excellence, this role is responsible for driving operational excellence across core People programs and processes while supporting the success of Gainsight employees. The selected candidate will manage end-to-end execution of key People programs including performance reviews, merit planning, engagement surveys, organizational changes, and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include managing project plans, stakeholder communication, timelines, dependencies and risk management using Smartsheet, driving accountability across cross-functional teams, identifying and resolving project risks, developing enablement strategies, creating training materials, playbooks, FAQs and self-service resources, supporting Workday adoption and change management, coordinating training sessions and communication plans, measuring adoption and effectiveness of HR initiatives, identifying and implementing AI-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency, leading AI tool adoption, managing the team's operational rhythm, maintaining prioritization frameworks, partnering with HR leadership to execute strategic goals, improving HR systems and operational processes, supporting vendor evaluation and implementation, documenting scalable HR processes, and leading People Operations workstreams during mergers and acquisitions. Candidates should have at least 3 years of program or project management experience in HR, People Operations, HRIS or a related function, experience managing multiple cross-functional projects, expertise in training, enablement and change management, knowledge of Workday HR processes, hands-on experience using AI tools to improve workflows, proficiency with Smartsheet or similar project management platforms, excellent communication and organizational skills, and experience in SaaS or technology environments is preferred.
