Job Description
Fitspire is looking for a proactive and people-oriented Human Resources Specialist to manage and support end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, HR coordination, performance tracking, policy implementation and overall people management within the organization. The role includes managing end-to-end recruitment through sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, follow-ups and hiring coordination, handling onboarding, documentation, joining formalities and employee lifecycle management, coordinating attendance, leave management, payroll inputs and HR operations, managing employee engagement activities and retention initiatives, drafting offer letters, warning letters, appraisal letters and other HR communications, coordinating KRAs, KPIs, performance reviews and employee follow-ups, handling exit formalities, full and final settlement coordination, relieving documentation and clearance processes, maintaining employee records, HR MIS reports, trackers and operational dashboards, supporting policy implementation, disciplinary processes and compliance activities, coordinating with department heads for manpower planning and hiring requirements, improving HR processes and employee experience initiatives and professionally handling day-to-day employee concerns. Candidates should have a strong understanding of recruitment, HR operations and employee management, excellent communication and coordination skills, the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously, proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, HR trackers and reporting, strong ownership and execution skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment. Experience in startup, D2C, FMCG or similar environments along with payroll coordination, HRMS platforms, HR compliance, bulk hiring and performance management will be preferred.
