Job Description
Fujitsu is hiring an HR Consultant (Specialist) for the HR Shared Services and HR Operations team in Pune. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end HR operational processes while ensuring efficient service delivery and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The selected candidate will lead, coach and develop a team of HR Shared Services professionals, oversee onboarding and offboarding, employee data management, benefits administration, leave management and HR policy interpretation across the employee lifecycle. The role includes ensuring timely and accurate service delivery in line with Service Level Agreements, acting as a Subject Matter Expert for HR Operations, identifying opportunities for process improvement, standardisation and automation to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience, collaborating with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and Compensation and Benefits teams for seamless service delivery, tracking and analysing HR operational metrics, reporting trends, recommending corrective actions, managing escalations, resolving complex HR queries and ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures and labour laws. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field with 10 to 12 years of progressive experience in HR Shared Services or HR Operations, including leadership experience. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, HR systems such as SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors and ServiceNow, end-to-end employee lifecycle management, SLA and KPI management, stakeholder management, analytical skills, problem-solving ability, customer service orientation, attention to detail and compliance are required.
