Job Description
TravClan is hiring a Learning & Development Associate for its office in Connaught Place, New Delhi. TravClan is a B2B Travel Tech startup that enables travel agents to book flights, hotels, and holiday packages while providing end-to-end travel services globally. The company has crossed INR 1000 crore GMV, is growing rapidly, and has raised more than USD 5.5 million from global investors. The Learning & Development Associate will design, develop, and regularly update training content for onboarding, process training, and sales enablement programs. Responsibilities include creating presentations, SOPs, playbooks, assessments, planning and delivering onboarding and role-based training sessions, facilitating interactive learning through activities and case studies, collaborating with sales teams to identify capability gaps, conducting mock calls and refresher training, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing training schedules and trackers, monitoring training effectiveness through feedback, and continuously improving training content, delivery methods, and domain knowledge. Candidates should have strong communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, content creation ability, willingness to work in Learning and Development, the ability to learn new tools and processes quickly, and patience in managing training coordination and repetitive tasks. The role requires working in a fast-paced startup environment with 10–12 hour workdays, six working days a week, and Saturdays are mandatory.
