Job Description
ADP is hiring a SAP HCM/HR Payroll Consultant (GlobalView Lead Consultant) for its Hyderabad location. Candidates should have 5+ years of SAP HCM experience with strong expertise in SAP Payroll consulting for the US and/or Canada. The role requires experience in SAP Payroll configuration, blueprinting, payroll implementations, consulting, testing, client interaction, and project delivery. Candidates should have configuration knowledge in at least two SAP functional areas and experience leading multi-country HR and Payroll implementations. Responsibilities include conducting blueprint workshops, gathering client requirements, designing and documenting business solutions, resolving implementation gaps, coordinating data mapping and conversion, supporting user acceptance testing, parallel testing and go-live activities, maintaining configuration documentation, ensuring project deliverables are completed on schedule, and providing client handover. The consultant will maintain expertise in SAP products and the ADP GlobalView template, collaborate with Product Management, Application Support, Project Management and Client Services teams, participate in quality assurance reviews, mentor consultants, contribute to implementation methodology improvements, support pre-sales activities, conduct demonstrations, and provide payroll consulting expertise. The role requires strong analytical, communication, consulting, documentation, project management, problem-solving, leadership, customer-facing, and time management skills. Candidates should have experience with SAP Payroll, Human Resources, Portal or Time Management modules and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project and Visio. This position requires 25% to 50% travel.
