Magic International Pvt. Ltd. is a leading export oriented manufacturer of premium paper stationery, notebooks, envelopes and print solutions based in Greater Noida, Delhi NCR. The company operates a state of the art manufacturing facility with global quality certifications including ISO, FSC and CTPAT and has a strong focus on compliance, sustainability and innovation. Printing Services 201–500 employees. The Executive – HR will manage day to day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, induction and exit formalities. The role involves maintaining attendance, employee records, HRIS and payroll related data, supporting statutory compliance, maintaining HR documentation, coordinating employee ID cards, notice boards, PPE records and SOP displays, conducting workplace compliance checks, maintaining first aid records, supporting EHS initiatives, coordinating training programs, maintaining training records, managing employee grievances, suggestion box records and employee engagement activities. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field with experience in HR Operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Good knowledge of recruitment, payroll support, labour laws, statutory compliance, HR documentation, MS Office and HRIS or ERP systems along with strong communication, coordination and organizational skills is required.
