The role involves sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels, screening resumes, shortlisting suitable candidates, conducting initial HR screening calls, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, following up with candidates regarding interview status and documentation, maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers, building a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Freshers and candidates with up to one year of recruitment experience are encouraged to apply. Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, networking ability, time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office, a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
