Job Description
HR Interface Recruitment Consulting is hiring for one of its prestigious clients, a fast-growing Global Enterprise Technology and AI Solutions company with more than 300 employees across Mumbai and Kolkata. The Assistant Manager – Human Resources will be the primary HR partner for the Mumbai office comprising approximately 35 employees. This individual contributor role includes approximately 70% HR Generalist responsibilities and 30% Talent Acquisition. Responsibilities include managing the complete employee lifecycle, employee onboarding and induction, employee engagement initiatives, employee relations and grievance handling, HR operations, exit management, HR documentation, HRMS updates, recruitment trackers, and HR reporting. The role also involves planning and executing employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, workplace culture activities, partnering with business leaders, supporting HR policies, managing end-to-end IT recruitment, sourcing and screening technology professionals, coordinating interviews, offer discussions, onboarding, building talent pipelines, maintaining compliance with HR processes, and coordinating with the central HR team. Candidates must have an MBA or PGDM in Human Resources with 6–7 years of HR experience in IT, IT Services, Enterprise Technology, SaaS, Software Product, or Consulting organizations. Experience in independently managing HR activities for a business location and recruiting Software Engineers, Developers, QA Engineers, Project Managers, and other technology professionals is highly preferred. Only candidates currently based in Mumbai will be considered.Salary Salary 1200000LPA.
