Diabetes Free Forever by Medikiz Health Care LLP is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented HR Intern to support day-to-day HR operations and contribute to a positive employee experience. The role involves assisting with daily HR activities and administrative tasks, following up with employees regarding attendance, missing punches, and attendance regularization, and supporting payroll-related activities and employee data updates in Keka HRMS. The intern will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing employee engagement activities and celebrations. Responsibilities also include preparing HR reports, trackers, Excel sheets, and PowerPoint presentations, supporting recruitment through candidate calling, interview coordination, and follow-ups, and maintaining employee records, documentation, and HR files. Candidates should be pursuing or have recently completed an MBA or PGDM in Human Resources or a related field. Good communication and interpersonal skills, basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, organizational skills, attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team are required. Candidates should be willing to learn HR processes and HRMS tools. The internship offers practical exposure to end-to-end HR operations, hands-on experience with Keka HRMS and payroll support, and experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR documentation.
