The HR Intern will gain hands-on exposure to Human Resources activities beyond theoretical knowledge and will support various recruitment and HR operations. Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing, candidate screening and interview coordination, joining, onboarding and documentation, attendance and leave management, employee engagement initiatives, preparation and maintenance of HR reports and trackers, employee documentation and day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination. Candidates should be pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. Good verbal and written communication skills are required along with a basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes. Candidates should be comfortable using MS Office and Google Workspace, particularly Excel and Google Sheets. The ideal candidate should be organised, proactive and willing to learn and should be comfortable working in an in-person environment. This internship provides practical exposure to recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, HR documentation and general HR operations and is suitable for candidates looking to build a career in Human Resources.
