• Build, nurture, and sustain proactive talent pipelines specifically targeting markets across CIS, Africa, and the Middle East.

• Partner collaboratively with business heads and department leaders on workforce planning, organizational structure design, and future staffing demands.

• Oversee comprehensive employee lifecycle workflows including international onboarding, annual performance appraisals, internal transfers, career promotions, engagement initiatives, retention strategies, and exit management.

• Establish, manage, and optimize working relationships with external global recruitment agencies, executive search firms, and localized hiring partners.

• Facilitate international HR operational workflows encompassing global compensation structures, employee benefits programs, leave administration, health insurance coverage, expatriate taxation coordination, immigration logistics, visa processing, and regulatory documentation.

• Implement, adapt, and localize global HR policies and standard operating processes in full compliance with country-specific employment laws and labor regulations.

• Serve as a strategic advisor to regional stakeholders on employee relations, workplace climate, and people-related advisory matters.

Candidate Profile:

• 3 to 6 years of solid, progressive experience in International HR functions.

• Master of Business Administration in Human Resources qualification is required.

• Demonstrated background in international talent acquisition and HR business partnering across diverse international territories.

• Hands-on exposure to hiring and managing human resource practices within the Middle East, Africa, or CIS regions is highly preferred.

• Strong track record of successfully collaborating with multicultural teams, remote workforces, and executive leadership.

• Prior professional experience in healthcare, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, multinational corporations, or global service-sector environments is desirable.
