Ltd. provides MEP engineering and BIM services to architecture, engineering, and construction firms across the United States. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding. Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, and HR documentation. Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, salary-related documentation, and employee data. Manage statutory compliance and documentation related to PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other applicable requirements. Support performance management, employee engagement, and team-building initiatives. Develop and improve HR policies, procedures, and internal processes. Office Administration: Manage office facilities, vendors, supplies, and company assets. Coordinate business travel, meetings, events, and other administrative requirements. Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and maintain an organized work environment. Candidate Requirements: 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in HR operations and office administration. Graduate degree or MBA in HR or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Working knowledge of Indian HR practices and applicable statutory compliance requirements. Familiarity with HRMS tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace. Location: Pune, Maharashtra, On-site.
