Job Description
Unison International is hiring an experienced Factory HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations at a manufacturing unit. The role will focus on manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, attendance management, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and workforce engagement. Candidates with experience in Home Textiles, Apparel Manufacturing, Textile Manufacturing, or Export Houses will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations at the manufacturing/factory unit.
Plan and manage manpower requirements in coordination with plant and business leadership.
Handle recruitment and onboarding for factory and workforce requirements.
Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workforce-related issues.
Monitor employee attendance, leave, shift schedules, and workforce records.
Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accurate employee data and attendance inputs.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and statutory registers.
Drive employee engagement and workforce welfare initiatives.
Coordinate with factory leadership and other stakeholders on HR and workforce matters.
Support employee retention and workforce productivity initiatives.
Monitor HR-related issues at the factory and provide timely resolutions.
Prepare HR MIS and workforce reports for management review.
Support implementation of HR policies, processes, and best practices at the manufacturing unit.
Ensure a productive, disciplined, and positive workplace environment.
