Job Description
Unifyworld is looking for an experienced Senior Manager - Learning and Development to lead and execute strategic learning initiatives aligned with business priorities. The role is based in Andheri, Mumbai, with geographical coverage across India, East Africa, West Africa, South Africa, Dubai, and Hong Kong. The selected candidate will report to the Head - HR Services and will be responsible for developing and implementing the annual Learning and Development strategy, learning calendar, and governance framework. Key responsibilities include conducting enterprise-wide Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and building structured technical, functional, behavioral, managerial, and leadership development pathways. The candidate will design and deliver impactful learning programs, workshops, academies, and blended learning journeys while facilitating internal learning sessions and strengthening coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job development initiatives. The role also involves managing the L&D budget, external training partners, consultants, and learning vendors. The candidate will administer and optimize the SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS), improve learner engagement, and maintain data accuracy. Additional responsibilities include establishing learning effectiveness measures, developing dashboards and analytics to evaluate skill development and business impact, and fostering a strong learning culture through knowledge-sharing initiatives and continuous development opportunities. Applicants must have an MBA or PGDM in Human Resources Management from a recognized institute and a minimum of 8 years of dedicated, hands-on experience in corporate Learning and Development. Candidates should have proven expertise in learning needs analysis, instructional design, program delivery, facilitation, and learning effectiveness measurement. Strong experience in managerial and leadership development, behavioral interventions, functional capability building, LMS administration, vendor management, budgeting, and learning analytics is required. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and project management skills are essential, along with the ability to manage learning initiatives across diverse teams, locations, and geographies.
