Job Description
Shah Equity is looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns to join its recruitment team in Kondapur, Hyderabad, Telangana. This internship is designed for candidates who are interested in Human Resources, talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, and HR staffing and want to gain practical experience in these areas. The internship will be conducted from the office, with working hours from 6:00 PM to 1:30 AM IST, Monday to Friday. Saturdays and Sundays will be weekly off days. Candidates from any educational background are eligible to apply, and freshers can apply without prior recruitment experience. However, candidates who are currently pursuing their studies should not apply. The selected candidates will be responsible for sourcing and identifying suitable candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals, screening resumes, shortlisting applicants according to job requirements, and contacting candidates to understand their skills, qualifications, and experience. They will explain job roles, responsibilities, company details, and employment opportunities to candidates while coordinating interview schedules, sharing updates, and conducting follow-ups. The interns will also assist the HR team with daily recruitment and staffing activities, maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and interview records, and build talent pools for current and future job openings. Under the guidance of the HR team, they will learn and support end-to-end recruitment processes. Applicants should have good verbal and written communication skills, a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, strong interpersonal and coordination skills, and the ability to communicate professionally with candidates. Basic knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals will be an advantage. Candidates must be willing to work from the office in Kondapur and be comfortable with the specified night shift. This internship offers practical exposure to recruitment and HR staffing, hands-on experience in candidate sourcing and resume screening, an understanding of interview scheduling and recruitment coordination, improved professional communication skills, and experience with recruitment databases, job portals, and talent pipeline management.
