Position Overview:
Kailash Parbat is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive specializing in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition for restaurant operations in Mumbai. In this role, you will handle full-lifecycle hiring, conduct bulk recruitment drives, and travel to various restaurant outlets to coordinate hiring and HR operations.
Job Details:

- Experience: 1 to 3 Years (Preferably in Hotel / Restaurant / Hospitality sector)
- Salary: ā¹25,000 - ā¹30,000 per month
- Location: Versova, Andheri, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for restaurant operational staff (Restaurant Managers, Captains, Stewards, Chefs, Kitchen Helpers, Cashiers) and corporate roles.
- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, consultants, employee referrals, and walk-in drives.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and schedule interview rounds with respective department heads.
- Manage walk-in interview events, candidate trackers, and maintain talent databases to close open vacancies within timelines.
- Follow up with selected candidates through offer acceptance to final joining and onboarding.
2. On-Site & Outlet Recruitment:
- Travel to various restaurant outlets and locations as per hiring demands.
- Conduct on-site recruitment drives, local walk-in interviews, and field sourcing.
- Partner with outlet managers to assess ongoing manpower gaps and support urgent bulk hiring needs.
3. HR Operations & Administration:
- Coordinate joining documentation, onboarding formalities, and employee record management.
- Maintain daily recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and employee attendance logs.
- Assist with general employee engagement initiatives and routine HR administrative duties.
Requirements & Important Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Specialization in HR preferred).
- 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the Hospitality, Hotel, or Restaurant industry.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel across different restaurant outlets and locations for recruitment drives.
- Proven capability to manage bulk hiring, walk-in drives, and urgent hiring requests.
- Good communication, coordination, and candidate follow-up capabilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, HR documentation, and candidate sourcing tools.
