The company was established in 2021 and is owned by Ananta Capital. OneGuardian Brands operates in the Consumer Services sector and has a company size of 1,001-5,000 employees.
The company is looking for a proactive, people-oriented Recruitment Intern who is interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment. The intern will support end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles, source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms, conduct initial candidate calls and screenings, coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams, maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers, and support the recruitment team in meeting hiring targets and turnaround times.
Eligibility includes candidates graduating in 2026 or candidates graduating in 2027-28. Prior recruitment or talent acquisition experience is preferred. Candidates should have a strong interest in Recruitment and Human Resources, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive and organised approach, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong follow-up and coordination skills. The role requires working 5 days from office.
