About the Role:
Talent Finder is hiring an HR & Administration Manager for a manufacturing and auto component client based in Chakan, Pune. The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations, industrial relations, statutory compliance, contract labor, and general plant administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee payroll execution and salary administration.
- Ensure labor law compliance, statutory returns, and maintain government liaising with DISH, MPCB, and the Labor Department.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for both white-collar and blue-collar positions, alongside contract labor management.
- Lead Industrial Relations (IR), employee grievance handling, welfare initiatives, and safety/EHS coordination.
- Supervise general administration functions, including security, canteen, housekeeping, and plant vehicles.
- Prepare for and lead HR, labor law, and customer compliance audits while maintaining HRMS records.
Candidate Requirements:
- Extensive experience in HR management and plant administration within Manufacturing, Auto Components, or Heavy Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, government agency liaising, IR, and audit compliance.
- Proven capability in handling both white-collar and blue-collar staffing and contract labor.
- Strong leadership, administrative, and employee relations skills.
