Job Description:
Own the complete HR function covering HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, employee lifecycle, HR processes and employee engagement in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end HR Operations and employee lifecycle
• Handle onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, payroll inputs, confirmations and exits
• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, coordination, offers and onboarding
• Handle employee engagement, employee relations and HR queries
• Build and implement HR policies, processes and systems
• Maintain HRMS and employee records
• Work with founders and hiring managers on people initiatives and business requirements
Required Skills:
• 3-5 years of HR experience
• Strong HR Operations and Talent Acquisition experience
• End-to-end hiring across functions and levels
• Ability to build HR processes and systems from the ground up
• Strong ownership, adaptability and execution mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
