Job Title: Manager - HR & Administration
Location: Hebbal, Bengaluru, Karnataka
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to ₹45,000 - ₹50,000 per month (Fixed, Non-negotiable)
Experience Required: 4 - 5 Years
About the Role:
Ordient Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a proactive HR Manager to independently handle end-to-end HR functions, facility administration, and daily office operations at their Hebbal office in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, resume screening, candidate interviews, and hiring workflows.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, engagement activities, and exit formalities.
- Handle payroll coordination, attendance tracking, leave records, and employee documentation.
- Formulate, implement, and maintain HR policies, SOPs, HR databases, and statutory compliance records.
- Supervise facility management, office administration, and day-to-day operational needs.
- Track employee performance, probation evaluations, confirmations, and overall employee lifecycle activities.
- Coordinate with management on workforce planning, operational requirements, and employee query resolution.
Candidate Requirements:
- 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR management and office administration.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, attendance management, and HR compliance.
- Proven ability to manage multi-faceted HR and administrative operations independently.
- Excellent communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and HR documentation tools.
