Job Description
RISAH CAREERS is hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager for a senior Non-Tech recruitment mandate in Pune. The role requires a core Talent Acquisition professional with strong expertise in managing the complete hiring lifecycle, particularly across Creative, Marketing, and related functions. The position will involve independently driving critical hiring mandates, partnering closely with hiring managers, managing leadership hiring, and leading a team of recruiters. RISAH CAREERS is a staffing and recruiting firm specializing in leadership hiring and recruitment across sectors including D2C, e-commerce, technology, finance, manufacturing, and consumer businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition activities for Non-Tech positions.
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding and sourcing to selection, offer, and joining.
Drive hiring across Creative, Marketing, and related Non-Tech functions.
Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand manpower requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
Independently manage critical and senior-level hiring mandates.
Drive CXO and leadership hiring assignments as required.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
Manage sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
Screen and assess candidates based on role requirements, experience, skills, and cultural fit.
Conduct preliminary discussions and coordinate interviews with hiring stakeholders.
Drive positions to closure and maintain strong offer-to-joining conversion.
Manage candidate negotiations, offer coordination, and joining follow-ups.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters.
Track recruiter productivity, hiring progress, and recruitment performance metrics.
Maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Contribute to improving recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and hiring effectiveness.

Mandatory Requirements:

Experience working closely with hiring managers and business leadership.
Prior experience managing and handling a team of recruiters.
Preferred Profile: Core Talent Acquisition professionals with 7+ years of experience and strong expertise in Non-Tech recruitment, particularly Creative, Marketing, and related functions. Experience in CXO or leadership hiring will be a strong advantage. Candidates with D2C, Consumer, Omnichannel, Retail, E-commerce, or similar business exposure will be preferred. Strong stakeholder management, communication, team leadership, candidate engagement, and closure capabilities are essential.
