Job Description
Unified IT Services Pvt. Ltd. (An Ampcus Company) is hiring an experienced US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end US staffing and technical recruitment activities. The role requires strong knowledge of US work authorization, staffing models, technical sourcing, candidate screening, submissions, interview coordination, negotiations, and position closures.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment and staffing activities.
Understand client requirements and identify suitable technical candidate profiles.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, job portals, databases, referrals, and professional networks.
Conduct targeted sourcing for technical and niche IT skill sets.
Screen resumes and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, and work authorization.
Handle candidate submissions and coordinate interview schedules.
Manage candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Conduct rate and salary negotiations with candidates as required.
Recruit candidates for W2, C2C, and 1099 opportunities.
Handle candidates with H1B, H4 EAD, GC, USC, EAD, OPT, and CPT work authorization.
Manage multiple client requirements simultaneously and ensure timely closures.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, submission reports, and interview status updates.
Coordinate with clients, hiring managers, vendors, and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Achieve defined recruitment targets, submission goals, and closure timelines.
Ensure accurate documentation and a positive candidate experience.

Professionals with knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring, US work authorizations, candidate submission, interview coordination, negotiation, and closures will be preferred.
