The Sr HR Business Partner is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. Your role and responsibilities

As a Europe onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless, engaging, and efficient transition of new hires into the organization. This role bridges HR, IT, hiring managers, and new employees to deliver a smooth onboarding experience — from offer acceptance to full integration into the company culture.

1. Pre-Onboarding Coordination

Send welcome emails and onboarding communication to new hires.
