Job Description
Talent XO is hiring a Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring requirements for Indian startup and product-based clients. The role focuses on Technology, Product, and Design hiring and requires strong experience in agency recruitment, candidate sourcing, stakeholder management, offer closure, and joining coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer closure and candidate joining.
Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidate profiles.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
Hire for Technology, Product, and Design roles across Indian startup and product-based organizations.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, role requirements, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain regular candidate communication and engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and upcoming requirements.
Coordinate offer discussions, salary negotiations, follow-ups, and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, MIS, and regular hiring updates.
Manage multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously and ensure timely closures.
Collaborate with clients, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to understand hiring priorities.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Work toward defined hiring targets, timelines, and recruitment delivery goals.

Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of hands-on end-to-end recruitment experience.
Candidate must have spent the last 1 year working with a Recruitment Agency or IT Staffing company.
Experience hiring for Indian startups and product-based clients.
Strong experience in Technology, Product, and Design hiring.
Candidates primarily focused on US or International Recruitment will not be considered.
Must be available to join within 7–10 days.
Must be comfortable working from office 5 days a week in Bengaluru.

Preferred Profile: Recruitment professionals with 2–4 years of experience and strong hands-on exposure to agency or IT staffing recruitment. Candidates should have proven experience in Technology, Product, and Design hiring for Indian startups or product clients, along with strong sourcing, candidate engagement, stakeholder management, negotiation, and closure skills. Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 7–10 day notice period will be preferred.
