Job Description
Dhishakthi Foundation is looking for an experienced HR Manager with 4 to 6 years of IT HR experience to manage end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance in Gachibowli, Hyderabad on a work-from-office basis. Operating as a dedicated foundation, Dhishakthi Foundation focuses on impactful community and technological initiatives. Reference to Pallavi & Team must be included in the application subject line. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and other business requirements, handle employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities, develop and implement HR policies and employee engagement initiatives, manage employee relations and resolve workplace concerns, maintain employee records, HR reports, and workforce data, coordinate payroll processing and statutory compliance, support workforce planning and collaborate with management on HR strategies, supervise HR operations and monitor team performance. Ideal Candidate: 4 to 6 years of relevant IT HR experience, holding an MBA or PGDM in HR or a relevant qualification, strong knowledge of IT recruitment, payroll coordination, and HR operations, understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance, excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and HR tools. Industry: Non-Profit / Foundation / IT Services. Employee size: 10 to 50 employees.
