Testtex India Laboratories Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Executive or Senior Executive to manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition on a Pan India level. Operating as an industry leader in Testing, Inspection, Certification, and Laboratory Services, Testtex ensures quality and compliance across diverse sectors. Key Responsibilities: Execute end-to-end talent acquisition processes for Pan India positions across operational, technical, and corporate domains, source, screen, and shortlist potential candidates using job boards, professional platforms, and database searches, coordinate and schedule technical and behavioral interviews with department heads and regional stakeholders, conduct preliminary HR interviews to assess candidate suitability, salary expectations, role fitment, and notice periods, facilitate salary negotiations, offer rollout, pre-employment documentation, and onboarding formalities, maintain recruitment trackers and comprehensive talent acquisition reports using MS Excel, build strong candidate networks to minimize turnaround time. Ideal Candidate: 3 to 5 years of prior working experience in end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment, proven expertise in managing multi-location and Pan India hiring drives, proficiency in MS Excel for recruitment dashboards and data tracking, excellent verbal and written communication skills alongside strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities, ability to multitask and deliver within defined turnaround times.
