Job Description
foundit is hiring a Talent Acquisition Recruiter with strong experience in Plant, Manufacturing, or Engineering environments. The role will focus on end-to-end recruitment, particularly blue-collar and shop-floor hiring, volume recruitment, and hiring for technical and engineering positions. foundit is a talent and recruitment platform offering hiring solutions and talent-search services.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end talent acquisition activities for manufacturing and plant requirements.
Understand manpower requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Handle blue-collar and shop-floor hiring for technicians, operators, workmen, production, and engineering roles.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee references, recruitment vendors, databases, and other sourcing channels.
Conduct resume screening and initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and plant, production, and engineering stakeholders.
Manage high-volume and mass hiring requirements for manufacturing and plant operations.
Conduct candidate follow-ups and maintain an active talent pipeline.
Coordinate salary discussions, offer rollouts, negotiations, and joining formalities.
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening through onboarding.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring documentation.
Work closely with plant and business stakeholders to ensure timely closure of positions.
Manage multiple recruitment requirements and meet defined hiring timelines.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Mandatory Requirement:
Hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment within Plant, Manufacturing, or Engineering environments is mandatory.
Preferred Experience:
Strong experience in blue-collar and shop-floor hiring.
Experience hiring technicians, operators, workmen, production, and engineering professionals.
Experience in volume/mass hiring for manufacturing or plant requirements.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, references, recruitment vendors, and other sourcing channels.
Experience coordinating with plant, production, and engineering stakeholders.
Strong end-to-end recruitment experience from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer rollout, negotiation, and onboarding.
