Job Description
Responsible for leading the design and execution of global compensation and benefits strategy across multiple regions. Focuses on developing and implementing compensation frameworks, salary structures, benchmarking, pay positioning, and job architecture/grading systems to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness. Oversees variable pay, incentive programs, and share-based/equity compensation structures including ESOPs. Ensures compliance with global and local regulations while aligning rewards strategy with overall business objectives. Partners with senior HR and business leadership across regions to drive consistent total rewards philosophy, governance, and execution across the organization.
