Job Description
Cynet Corp is hiring a Canada Recruiter to join its Noida recruitment team. The role requires a proactive sourcing specialist who can manage recruitment for both technical and non-technical positions and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements. Cynet is a staffing company with dedicated IT & Engineering and Healthcare divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for Canada-based IT and Non-IT requirements.
Understand job descriptions and identify key skills, qualifications, and experience requirements.
Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn RPS, job portals, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Use Boolean search strings to identify and engage relevant candidates.
Source candidates proactively through targeted searches and talent mapping.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, qualifications, and job requirements.
Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Manage candidate submissions, interview scheduling, feedback, offer coordination, and joining follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and upcoming requirements.
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring documentation.
Manage multiple IT and Non-IT recruitment requirements simultaneously.
Ensure timely closures while meeting recruitment targets and turnaround timelines.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and recruitment requirements.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience.
Willingness and ability to work on both technical and non-technical recruitment requirements.
Strong understanding of identifying key skills and requirements from job descriptions.
Hands-on experience with Boolean search strings.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and/or LinkedIn RPS.
Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.
Preferred Profile: Recruiters with relevant recruitment experience and strong hands-on expertise in sourcing, Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter/RPS, screening, and candidate engagement. Candidates who can effectively handle both IT and Non-IT requirements and consistently deliver quality profiles within defined timelines will be preferred.
