AV Talent Solution is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – HR with 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in HR operations and generalist HR to join the team in Noida, Sector 125, with immediate joiners strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Manage monthly payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely closure, handle PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and other statutory compliance activities, manage the Performance Management System including goal setting, appraisals, and performance cycles, develop, implement, and track KPI and KRA frameworks in coordination with business teams, manage employee records and HR processes through Keka or other HRMS platforms, handle the complete employee lifecycle from joining to exit formalities, prepare and maintain HR reports, MIS, and compliance records, support employees and managers on HR policies, processes, and performance-related matters, coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth HR operations. Ideal Candidate: 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in HR operations and generalist HR, strong hands-on experience in payroll and performance management systems, good knowledge of statutory compliance like PF, ESIC, and Gratuity, working knowledge of Keka or other HRMS portals, strong understanding of KPI and KRA frameworks, good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, strong knowledge of MS Excel and HR MIS.
