Job Description
Adsolut Media Private Limited is looking for an HR Generalist to join its growing team and take ownership of the end-to-end HR function. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment across Sales, Ad Operations, and Tech/Product, leading onboarding and employee induction, and managing HR operations including attendance, leave, employee records, and documentation. The candidate will coordinate payroll inputs and support basic compliance activities including PF and ESIC. The role will also involve supporting performance management, OKRs, and KPIs, driving employee engagement and culture initiatives, contributing to HR policies, compensation structures, and employer branding, and handling day-to-day office administration, vendor coordination, facilities, and employee-related administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in AdTech, Digital Marketing, SaaS, or a startup environment, with a strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment, and basic labour-law compliance. Candidates should be self-driven, hands-on, comfortable working independently, and familiar with HRMS, Microsoft 365, and Excel. The position is based in Vikhroli, Mumbai and follows a 5-day working schedule.
