Job Description
VE3 is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking and Time Off Consultant to join the Pune office on a hybrid basis. Operating as part of an onshore-offshore delivery model with daily overlap into UK business hours, this role involves designing and delivering the time and attendance solution on a large-scale SuccessFactors and Employee Central Payroll transformation programme. The programme migrates a complex UK public sector payroll and HR estate from legacy SAP ECC or HCM into SAP SuccessFactors, covering approximately 65,000 employees across 17 payroll areas, multiple public sector pension schemes, a significant multiple-employment population, and over 60 integration interfaces. Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end design and configuration of SuccessFactors Time Tracking and Time Off aligned with SAP best practice, build and unit test the full time solution including work schedules, holiday calendars, absence types, accrual rules, time valuation rules, and overtime/shift/unsocial hours rules, design and validate the interface from Time to Employee Central Payroll mapping results to correct wage types, handle complex population scenarios for term-time-only staff, casual workers, and multiple concurrent employments, provide testing support across unit testing, SIT, UAT, and parallel payroll runs, support data migration, cutover, and hypercare, produce configuration workbooks and support knowledge transfer. Ideal Candidate: 5-9 years of experience, strong hands-on configuration experience in SuccessFactors Time Tracking and Time Off, solid understanding of integration between Time, Employee Central, and Employee Central Payroll, working knowledge of the UK payroll or HR domain, experience delivering within large transformation programmes using SAP Activate, SAP SuccessFactors certification in Time Management or Time Tracking preferred.
