Millennium Software and Staffing is expanding its Talent Acquisition team and looking for passionate and driven recruiters with experience in US IT Recruitment and Staffing. The role involves working on technical/IT hiring requirements and managing recruitment activities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage US IT recruitment requirements and source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster and other relevant channels. Screen and assess candidates, manage submissions, coordinate interviews, handle negotiations and drive positions through successful closures. Maintain candidate pipelines, manage multiple requirements simultaneously and ensure timely recruitment delivery.
Eligibility:
1-8+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment and Staffing. Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills, hands-on experience with Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster or similar platforms, and good understanding of US visa types, W2, C2C and related recruitment terms. Candidates should have technical/IT hiring experience and the ability to manage multiple requirements with a positive and target-oriented approach.
