Very Much Indian is looking for an HR & Admin Executive to join the team in Pune on an on-site basis. Operating as an authentic handloom saree brand, Very Much Indian works directly with weavers to keep India's craft traditions alive while building a thriving startup workplace. Key Responsibilities: Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, and HR trackers, prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and relieving letters, manage employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities, assist in creating and implementing HR policies, processes, and SOPs, post job openings on LinkedIn, Internshala, and other recruitment platforms, source, screen, and shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews, schedule meetings, and communicate with candidates, follow up regarding selections, offers, and joining dates, maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports, manage office administration and daily operational activities, coordinate with vendors and manage office supplies and requirements, maintain administrative documents and records, prepare HR reports and assist with employee engagement activities, ensure proper documentation and confidentiality of employee information. Ideal Candidate: 1 to 3 years in HR and or admin ideally at a startup, D2C, or retail brand, knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, attention to detail and problem-solving skills, ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently, proactive approach with good follow-up and coordination skills, comfortable with the fast pace and hands-on nature of startup life. Industry: Retail / D2C / Handloom & Apparel. Employee size: 10 to 50 employees.
