Job Description
Hiring Senior Specialist HRBP for Udhyam Learning Foundation to support the Shiksha vertical across North India.
Partner with Shiksha leaders to understand and address HR needs aligned with program goals
Induct and enable managers and senior managers across people management processes and philosophy
Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with regulations and organizational standards
Work closely with the central HR team to ensure consistency in HR practices
Participate in development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs
Support employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and talent management initiatives
Respond to employee and manager queries related to HR policies and procedures
Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution
Identify training needs and support development programs
Mitigate legal risks through fair and consistent employee relations practices
Utilize HR analytics and provide insights for data-driven decision making
Collaborate with teams to maintain a positive and growth-oriented work culture
Support hiring needs for the Shiksha vertical
Proven experience as an HRBP, preferably in the nonprofit or education sector
Strong understanding of HR practices, employment legislation, and industry trends
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong ownership mindset with hands-on approach
Ability to manage ambiguity and build strong stakeholder relationships
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
Willingness to travel to Uttarakhand, MP, Punjab, Maharashtra, and other locations
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Experience in organizational development, compensation and benefits, data analytics, budgeting, HR strategy, and team management preferred
