Job Description
KM Career Infinity is hiring an experienced HR Manager – HRBP for a manufacturing-oriented organization in Mumbai. The role will focus on strategic HR business partnering, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, HR operations, HR analytics, compliance, and leadership development. The role involves close collaboration with Directors and Department Heads to strengthen people practices and business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate, manufacturing, technical, sales, and leadership positions.
Develop strong talent pipelines to reduce hiring turnaround time.
Strengthen employer branding and deliver an excellent candidate experience.
Design and drive KRA, KPI, and performance appraisal processes.
Partner with department heads to improve accountability and business performance.
Support succession planning and internal career development initiatives.
Plan and execute employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
Conduct employee feedback sessions, stay interviews, and retention initiatives.
Strengthen employee experience and organizational culture.
Oversee onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit management.
Ensure HR policies, documentation, and employee records are maintained accurately.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR governance.
Prepare HR dashboards, MIS, and management reports.
Utilize HRMS/ERP data to support business decisions.
Monitor recruitment, attrition, productivity, and employee engagement metrics.
Partner closely with Directors and Department Heads on strategic HR initiatives.
Coach managers on people management and leadership practices.
Identify and develop future leaders within the organization.
Drive continuous improvement across HR processes and systems.

Mandatory / Preferred Requirements:
8–15 years of progressive HR experience.

Experience implementing KRAs, KPIs, HR systems, and HR analytics.
Sound knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
High level of ownership, integrity, maturity, and execution capability.
Ability to build trusted relationships across all organizational levels, from factory employees to senior leadership.
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial organizations will be preferred.
Preferred Profile: Senior HR professionals with strong HRBP experience and a proven ability to balance strategic HR initiatives with hands-on HR operations. Candidates experienced in manufacturing or industrial environments, performance management, talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR analytics, compliance, and senior stakeholder management will be preferred.
