Job Description
Cygnus Professionals Inc. is hiring an experienced US HR Executive for its Begumpet, Hyderabad office. The role focuses on US HR operations, employee onboarding and offboarding, background verification, I-9/E-Verify processes, contract management, compliance, work authorization documentation, and employee relations. Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end US employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Coordinate background verification (BGV) and new-hire documentation.
Manage I-9 and E-Verify processes for US employees.
Conduct and coordinate new-hire orientations.
Draft, review, and manage employment contracts, offer letters, NDAs, and vendor agreements.
Handle documentation for W2, C2C, and 1099 employment/engagement terms.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with applicable US federal and state labour and employment requirements.
Maintain and verify US work authorization documentation, including H1B, OPT, CPT, Green Card, and US Citizen documentation.
Act as a point of contact for US employees regarding payroll coordination, benefits, leave, and HR policy queries.
Coordinate with payroll and internal teams to resolve employee-related issues.
Support employee relations and address HR queries in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain HR trackers, reports, compliance records, and employee documentation.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors on HR and contract-related matters.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy while handling sensitive employee and employment information.
Support continuous improvement of US HR processes and employee lifecycle management.

Mandatory Requirements:
3ā7 years of relevant experience in US HR Operations and Contract Management.
Strong understanding of US HR processes, onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
Hands-on experience with BGV, I-9, and E-Verify processes.
Strong knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 terms.
Good understanding of US work authorization categories and related documentation.
Experience handling HR documentation, contracts, offer letters, and NDAs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to work onsite in Begumpet, Hyderabad, during US night shift hours.
Preferred Profile: US HR professionals with strong hands-on experience in US HR operations, onboarding, contract management, compliance, work authorization documentation, and employee relations. Candidates who can independently manage employee lifecycle activities and coordinate effectively with US employees and internal stakeholders will be preferred.
