Raymond Group is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join the team in Thane, Mumbai on a 5-day workweek schedule from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with immediate joiners preferred. Operating as India's leading fabric and fashion brand with presence in Apparel, Real Estate, Engineering, and FMCG, Raymond builds teams across retail, manufacturing, sales, and corporate functions. This role is structured as 70% talent acquisition and 30% operations. Key Responsibilities: Own full lifecycle hiring for non-IT roles across retail, manufacturing, sales, supply chain, admin, QSR, and facility functions, build pipelines via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, agency partners, walk-ins, and college tie-ups for blue and grey collar as well as mid-management roles, coordinate face-to-face and virtual rounds with hiring managers, conduct competency and culture fit assessments, manage salary negotiations, offer releases, background checks, and onboarding coordination with a target 7 to 15 day TAT for junior roles, plan and execute bulk hiring drives for store staff, production, and warehouse positions across Mumbai and India, manage and track 10 to 15 staffing agencies while negotiating commercial terms between 6.5 and 8.33 percent, prepare weekly MIS dashboards and leadership reports on open positions, pipelines, closure ratios, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness, streamline interview scheduling, offer processes, background verification, and onboarding to reduce dropouts, support employer branding initiatives, campus outreach, and job portal JD optimization, ensure hiring compliance as per labor laws, Raymond policies, background check norms, and diversity targets. Ideal Candidate: 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition and HR operations, strong expertise in non-IT hiring, bulk recruitment, and vendor management, excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, immediate availability to join.
