Job Description
Roha Housing Finance Private Limited is hiring a hands-on Regional HR professional for its Hyderabad operations. The role will focus on recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, administration, and workforce support across branches and locations in the region. Roha Housing Finance is a housing finance company established in 2017 and operates across multiple locations in India.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Credit, Operations, Collections, and support functions.
Coordinate with Regional Heads and Business Heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, recruitment consultants, references, and local market mapping.
Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
Manage offer rollouts, candidate communication, joining formalities, and offer-to-joining ratios.
Ensure timely closure of open positions across assigned branches and locations.
Maintain recruitment MIS, manpower reports, vacancy trackers, and hiring-related documentation.
Support employee onboarding, transfers, confirmation, and other employee lifecycle activities.
Manage attendance, leave records, employee documentation, and day-to-day HR operations.
Coordinate with payroll and central HR teams on employee-related queries and operational requirements.
Support employee engagement initiatives and routine employee grievance handling.
Provide regional HR administration and coordination support to business teams.
Ensure adherence to company HR policies and applicable statutory requirements.
Support HR audits and maintain accurate employee records and reports.
Partner with business teams to address workforce-related requirements and employee concerns.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, manpower status, and HR operations to regional leadership.

Mandatory / Preferred Requirements:
4ā8 years of relevant HR experience.
Prior experience in Housing Finance, HFC, NBFC, Banking, or BFSI is strongly preferred.
Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Experience managing recruitment requirements across branches or multiple locations.
Experience handling Sales, Credit, Operations, Collections, and support-function hiring will be preferred.
Strong understanding of regional HR operations and employee coordination.
Experience handling branch or field employees will be an advantage.
Strong communication, coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work closely with Regional Heads, Business Heads, and central HR teams.
Preferred Profile: HR professionals with 4ā8 years of experience and strong exposure to recruitment and regional HR operations within Housing Finance, HFC, NBFC, Banking, or BFSI environments. Candidates experienced in branch/field employee hiring, manpower coordination, employee lifecycle management, HR administration, and stakeholder management will be preferred.
