Job Description
SignOff Semiconductors Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an HR Executive to support HR operations, employee engagement, onboarding, attendance management, employee documentation, and background verification activities. The role will focus on ensuring smooth execution of HR processes and delivering a positive employee experience. SignOff Semiconductors is a VLSI and semiconductor design services company headquartered in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee attendance and related HR records.
Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities.
Maintain accurate employee documentation and personnel records.
Handle employee onboarding and induction processes.
Coordinate and manage background verification (BGV) activities.
Support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
Maintain HR trackers, reports, and employee databases.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
Address employee queries and provide timely HR support.
Ensure HR processes and documentation are maintained accurately and confidentially.
Support implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Assist with other HR activities and operational requirements as assigned.

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
