Qualification:
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Personnel Management, Finance or Commerce preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees across multiple locations, ensuring accurate and timely salary processing and statutory compliance. Handle PF, ESIC, PT, LWF and TDS compliance, Full & Final Settlement, payroll MIS, reconciliation and coordination with internal stakeholders. Manage HRMS/payroll software, maintain payroll records, prepare reports and ensure accuracy, confidentiality and timely completion of payroll activities.
Eligibility:
Candidates with 5–10 years of payroll experience, preferably from a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of end-to-end payroll processing, statutory compliance, payroll MIS and reconciliation is required. Hands-on experience with Full & Final Settlement, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF and TDS, along with advanced MS Excel, HRMS/payroll software, analytical skills, numerical ability, coordination and communication skills is preferred. Candidates should be capable of managing payroll for multi-location employees.
