As part of the GBS Talent Acquisition Enablement organization, the Talent Acquisition Enablement Coordinator will support the Talent Acquisition team by managing high-volume interview scheduling, candidate travel arrangements, and background checks for candidates. The role focuses on operational excellence, stakeholder satisfaction, and continuous process improvement across Frontline and Workforce hiring. Responsibilities include providing coordinator and administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring excellent candidate and client experience through communication, scheduling, and data updates, handling complex interview scheduling, coordinating with administrative teams, providing interview materials, arranging candidate travel, monitoring background verification processes, building positive recruiter and coordinator relationships, and assisting in additional recruiting activities. Candidates should possess exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, strong written and verbal communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing confidential information. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or 3+ years of administrative experience preferably in recruiting. Candidates must be comfortable working in US shift timings to support US region hiring operations.
