AmpleServQ is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) ā Lead for its Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad office. The company is looking for a strategic and proactive HR professional who can act as a trusted advisor and operational anchor for the business while driving people practices that directly impact performance, culture, and organizational effectiveness.Ā
The role follows a Monday to Saturday work schedule with shift timings from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
Responsibilities include employee lifecycle management, attendance and payroll coordination, performance management, employee engagement, HR policy implementation, labour law compliance, employee relations, grievance handling, HR metrics management, and organizational development initiatives.
The selected candidate will work closely with business teams to support workplace culture, employee engagement, and business-aligned HR practices.
Candidates should possess strong experience in HR Business Partnering, employee relations, compliance management, performance management, and payroll coordination.
The company prefers candidates from the Facility Management or related industry background.
Educational qualification required is MBA in HR with 2ā3 years of relevant experience.
