Job Description
IPE Global Limited is hiring an Executive/ Sr. Executive- HR for its Delhi office. The HR Operations Executive will support the Human Resources function in managing consultant lifecycle processes and HR operational activities including onboarding, documentation, contract management, HR systems management, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
The role involves managing end-to-end consultant onboarding through HR systems such as Darwinbox, drafting and issuing consultant service contracts, handling contract renewals, amendments, extensions, and closures while coordinating with project teams. The candidate will also manage HR documentation, employee communication, appointment letters, transfer letters, NOCs, and employee lifecycle documentation processes.
Responsibilities include maintaining employee and consultant data in HRMS/ERP systems, maintaining HR databases and records, preparing HR MIS reports, managing attendance and headcount data, coordinating with Finance teams for consultant payment processing, and handling insurance administration activities. The role also supports onboarding orientation sessions, separation processes, full and final settlements, rewards and recognition programs, performance management activities, employee engagement initiatives, trainings, and HR communication campaigns.
The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, Employee Lifecycle Management, HR documentation, HRMS management, onboarding, separation processes, and consultant lifecycle management. Experience working with Darwinbox or similar HRMS platforms is preferred. Strong communication, coordination, compliance orientation, MS Excel proficiency, stakeholder management, and process management skills are essential for this role.
